Cardboard.

Prominently made of recycled material,
the cardboard we use is both recyclable,
biodegradable and sustainably sourced.

Prominently made of recycled material, the cardboard we use is both recyclable, biodegradable and sustainably sourced.

Like all the materials we use, cardboard for every project is carefully considered, with weight and form customised to suit requirements. For example, in corrugated cardboard, we adjust the surface paper and internal fluting gsm to create a board that is most suited to your products and their required level of protection.

Nextpack develops a range of different cardboard solutions including beautiful gift boxes, web mailers for online sales, point-of-sale retail boxes, gift bags, envelopes, cards, brochure sleeves, stickers, hang tags and more.

Glass.

Making consistent quality
glass is as much an art as
it is a science.

We love that glass is recyclable and reusable. We only use quality glass and will pick the right type of glass for every individual project based on the end use. Nextpack can produce both standard sized glassware and jars, and also design and create bespoke moulds for custom jobs.

Glass products we often create include whiskey, gin and spirits bottles, sauce bottles, jars with lids for jams, relishes and tapenades, spray bottles, candle jars and jars and bottles for the beauty industry.

Metal.

When it comes to working
with metals, longevity is a
must-have.

We work with metals including marine-grade stainless steel, copper, brass and zinc alloy. As these are metals that won’t rust or corrode and are tough enough to withstand their purpose. Our metal packaging & product solutions are built to last.

We use metal across packaging including bottle and jar lids for food, beverage and beauty, as well and products including kitchenware.

Wood.

The wood we use in packaging
and products is sustainably sourced.

Every wooden item we produce goes through a rigorous sampling process until we reach perfection. Each curve and surface is considered – from the wood variety and colour to the grain and the surface finish. The end result is a beautiful, functional product.

The most common pieces we create from wood are wooden boxes for the wine industry and kitchenware products.

Biodegradable plastic.

We’re always searching for
sustainable options to replace
conventional plastics.

We work mostly with plant-based materials such as PLA (Polylactic Acid) and a compostable material called PBAT (made from corn starch and bonding agents). And we’re passionate about advising our clients to avoid plastic whenever feasible. In cases where a product currently includes plastic, we can help modify the design to create a more viable and sustainable option.

We design and produce biodegradable packaging including mailing satchels and bubble mailers.
