My passion is bringing our clients’ product & packaging design visions to life. Having founded Nextpack over 20 years ago, our longstanding clients have become an integral part of our Nextpack family, where we see their business as our business. We are proud to work with some of Australia’s most recognised brands.
I have a sharp eye for unique and beautiful things. A lifelong curiosity for how things work and desire to speak Mandarin from a very young age set the path
for my career early. These days my passion for both innovation and languages is utilised every day in design and international manufacturing. I speak fluent Mandarin, which is an asset when working with our global network.
During work hours I’m on the phone all day with our manufacturing partners creating and engineering products, providing on-the-pulse service to clients, and strategising with our amazing team. Outside of work, you’ll find me living an active life running, swimming, and enjoying the outdoors with my family.

Head of Logistics
My job is to oversee quality and logistics at Nextpack. Given that one of our key points of difference is to deliver high quality with every output we create, my role is fundamental.
I make sure all Nextpack goods meet our strict quality standards before shipping and delivering them on time. Keeping clients regularly updated on the status of their goods gives them the peace of mind their products are in good hands so they can focus on growing their business.
Given my previous experience as a Financier at a New York Global Investment Bank, I bring efficiency, speed and the ability to think outside of the box to Nextpack.

Accounts Manager
I’m the numbers man here at Nextpack and my love of data, structure and process supports the boundless limits of our creative, production and logistics teams.
My key areas include coding, data analysis and big picture strategising. I manage the Nextpack accounts team like an army drill sergeant and am the go-to for IT upgrades + anything deemed too difficult. I’m the Ying to Nextpack’s immense creative Yang.
You’ll often find me on a weekend pondering our next business improvements, reading the latest business news and thoughts from leading minds or chopping wood for a family BBQ.
Daisy
Production Assistant
When a client enters our ecosystem, I am the oil to the wheels. My roles are various – from placing factory orders to sourcing and working with the design team on new product development. My biggest strength is my eye for detail so most products and packaging come across my table for a stringent final inspection before they ship.
Born in China, I speak Cantonese and Mandarin, which is pivotal when working with our Asian suppliers to achieve our high- calibre packaging & product design projects.

Head of Marketing
As Head of Marketing at Nextpack, I manage all of our marketing channels and campaigns across the board – from paid ads to socials to sales funnels and more.
My key prerogative is to raise awareness and educate the market about Nextpack, so that we can match the right market demand, with the perfect supply – our bespoke packaging & product design services.
Having worked in digital marketing since its inception, I am most at ease in the depths of the digital world – be it in Meta Ads Manager, an email marketing platform or when optimising a website.

Project Manager
As the newest member of the team, I bring to the fold my extensive experience in project management in multinational advertising and marketing companies.
Thriving in a creative environment, I love being involved in projects from inception to execution and delivery. Connecting with people and helping peers & clients to realise their potential in a fun and friendly manner is hugely important to me. I value high quality and take pride in integrity and being a loyal team player.
Positive energy, kindness and perseverance are personality traits that I’m well known for.
